Happy Tuesday friends! Hope everyone's day is going well. I have a great giveaway coming up this week, so please stay tuned for that. I am doing things differently this week with regards to my weekend recap because I was too excited to share the news about H&M yesterday. If you missed it, you can find it here. With that, I trust your weekend was sweet! Here is what I did this weekend:

  • I made my little family some homemade cake batter pancakes this weekend. They were delish!
  • Pretty blooms to brighten up the gloomy day. I swear WholeFoods has the best selection!
  • Great vintage sequin cardigan found at a thrift shop. Can't wait to wear it!
  • Our go-to summer dinner: naked turkey burgers with avocado and tomato salsa with sweet corn.
  • What my mornings look like. Homemade iced coffee tastes better (and looks prettier) in a mason jar.
  • Spent Sunday at the park barbecuing and playing with some of my closest friends and our little families. Good times!

Happy Monday loves! How was your weekend? I spent Friday night with the girls, sans husband and baby, at Cavo Lounge in my old neighborhood. It felt good to be back there. I spent two years living in Astoria with my roommate and friend before meeting Larry. It was two years full of memories, great experiences, late nights and firsts so I hold those memories close to me. Astoria will always have a special place in my heart. But I digress. It turned out to be a great late night filled with lots of dancing and drinks. We spent the weekend at the park, strolling through our neighborhood, running errands, sleeping in, last minute shopping among other things. The weather this weekend was mixed; Saturday was the perfect weather with a high of 75 with a cool breeze but Sunday was off and on rain which is always great for sleeping and a great excuse for being lazy. We are heading to Lake George this week, we have a few stops we want to make and it'll be a first for us so if you have any recommendations on what to do or see while we are there please shoot me an email or write it in the comments. Thanks! :)

Have a great day!!!

Happy Monday loves! Hope your weekend was fabulous. Ours was busy but great. Yesterday, for Easter, the weather wasn't as good as they initially forecasted in the beginning of the week but we managed to get some photos of us and Noah to celebrate his 1st Easter. I recently started juicing my veggies and fruits and am really loving the way I've been feeling. I have more energy, and I feel less bloated. I love that I can get in those fruits and veggies that I would normally not eat for a variety of reasons. I definitely plan to keep it up. For those of you that are interested, I plan to report back on how my juicing is going and hopefully I can encourage others to drink raw juices along with me.

Hope your Monday is productive!
