Happy Monday loves! Hope your weekend was fabulous. Ours was busy but great. Yesterday, for Easter, the weather wasn't as good as they initially forecasted in the beginning of the week but we managed to get some photos of us and Noah to celebrate his 1st Easter. I recently started juicing my veggies and fruits and am really loving the way I've been feeling. I have more energy, and I feel less bloated. I love that I can get in those fruits and veggies that I would normally not eat for a variety of reasons. I definitely plan to keep it up. For those of you that are interested, I plan to report back on how my juicing is going and hopefully I can encourage others to drink raw juices along with me.

Some weeks are more challenging than others. This week was definitely one of those. Having a teething baby, tackling my inbox and to-do list are definitely on the top of the challenging week list. Since I recently purchased an organizer and use my iPhone's "Notes"; keeping track of what I have to do has become much easier. If you are like me, I definitely recommend trying it out. To offset the challenging week, we have plans tonight that may possibly involve some alcohol. ;) The rest of the weekend is packed with plans and Sunday is Noah's 1st Easter. And get this, the temps will finally climb into the 50's. Yay! For those of you who will celebrate Easter or are celebrating Passover this week, I wish you a happy and healthy one!
